I play one on TV

The L word is not fiction to all of us. I love to think I live it every day. Sadly West Texas does not quite equal West Hollywood. The coffee shop is never filled with beautiful people looking for love in all the right places. More like some cowboy asking "What is the closest you got to Folgers?"My friends are fabulous. My home is wonderful and My partner is the best. So why do I think What would Bette do??  I have been accused of wanting to be in love in the movies, but doesn't want that?  I want my life to recognized like that ladies of the L word.  Better yet I don't want to  worry about my partner's workplace, my family or the lady at the insurance agency asking stupid questions about why two 30 year old "girls" still live together.
